In December of 2005 we had a second, short, holiday in Bali and our one 'working' day was a re-visit to the Singaraja orphanage which caters for Hindu and Buddhist children.

The accommodation here is in a school which went bankrupt and as such it is quite good although not purpose built.

The kids are great, and they seem happy even though I had great difficulty in getting some of them to smile for their photographs.

If you provided us with toiletry bags I hope that you find some of them here. Don't despair if you don't as we still have over 140 to fill and distribute, such was the response to our request. Even in the week before we left another dozen bags came from friends.

Chupa Chups always start the visit off in the right way.
